MEETING MINUTES
For December 8, 2014
I. CALL TO ORDER: Commissioner Ron Tee called the meeting to order at 6:45 p.m. at the Waverly Town
Hall. Commissioners present at the meeting were: Ron Tee and Tom Pottratz. Also present was Kynda Browning, Secretary.
II. APPROVAL OF PREVIOUS MEETING MINUTES: The minutes from the November 10, 2014, commissioner meeting were presented. Tom Pottratz made a motion to approve the November 10, 2014, commissioner meeting minutes as presented. Ron Tee seconded the motion; all commissioners voted yes.
III. PRESENTATION OF PETITIONS, APPLICATIONS, APPEALS, COMMUNICATIONS, ETC: There were none.
IV. REPORTS FROM STAFF: There were no reports.
V. OLD BUSINESS:
A. SLIP TANK TO FUEL TRUCKS: There was discussion. We will discuss it further at the January meeting.
B. FIREFIGHTER DINNER: After discussion it was decided to have the dinner at C & D's in Tekoa on February 11.
VI. NEW BUSINESS:
A. PUBLIC HEARING FOR 2015 BUDGET: Ron Tee opened the public hearing. After reviewing the 2015 budget, Tom Pottratz made a motion to approve it as presented. Ron Tee seconded the motion; all commissioners voted yes.
B. PUBLIC HEARING FOR 2014 BUDGET AMENDMENT: We did not need to amend the 2014 budget.
VII. PRESENTATION OF VOUCHERS, WARRANTS, FINANCIAL STATEMENTS AND REPORTS: Payroll voucher numbers 21687 and 21688 totaling $446.33 and voucher numbers 21689 through 21946 totaling $1,222.84 were presented to the Commissioners for approval. Ron Tee made a motion to approve the vouchers as presented. Tom Pottratz seconded the motion; all commissioners voted yes.
VIII. ADJOURNMENT: Ron Tee made a motion to adjourn the meeting at 7:00 p.m. Tom Pottratz seconded the motion; all commissioners voted yes.
