Meeting Minutes
For March 10, 2015
I. CALL TO ORDER: Chairman Gregg Wernz called the meeting to order at 7:00 p.m. at the Waverly Town Hall. Commissioners present at the meeting were: Wernz, Ron Tee and Tom Pottratz. Also present was Kynda Browning, Secretary and Don Evans, Chief.
II. APPROVAL OF PREVIOUS MEETING MINUTES: The minutes from the February 9, 2015, commissioner meeting were presented. Ron Tee made a motion to approve the February 9, 2015, commissioner meeting minutes as presented. Tom Pottratz seconded the motion; all commissioners voted yes.
III. PRESENTATION OF PETITIONS, APPLICATIONS, APPEALS, COMMUNICATIONS, ETC: There were none.
IV. REPORTS FFROM STAFF:
Don Evans reported:
-Still having trouble with Brush 12-2. He will take it to Bill's Service for repair.
-Had a fire Sunday and tonight outside of Latah.
-Radios have worked everywhere he has tried, except a few places on Prairie View Road.
-Has a leak in engine 12-2 in the fuel tank.
V. OLD BUSINESS:
A. PROGRESS ON FUEL TRAILER: Don Evans reported that he called Cliff Melton about starting the work on the fuel tank.
VI. NEW BUSINESS:
A. MEETING IN APRIL: They will let Browning know if it will work to have the meeting.
VII. PRESENTATION OF VOUCHERS, WARRANTS, FINANCIAL STATEMENTS AND REPORTS: Payroll voucher numbers 21712 and 21713 totaling $456.41 and voucher numbers 21714 through 21716 totaling $1,953.87 were presented to the Commissioners for approval. Ron Tee made a motion to approve the vouchers as presented. Tom Pottratz seconded the motion; all commissioners voted yes.
VIII. ADJOURNMENT: Ron Tee made a motion to adjourn the meeting at 7:30 p.m. Tom Pottratz seconded the motion; all commissioners voted yes.
