MEETING MINUTES
For January 14, 2016
I. CALL TO ORDER: Chairman Gregg Wernz called the meeting to order at 7:00 p.m. at the Waverly Town Hall. Commissioners present at the meeting were: Wernz, Ron Tee, and Tom Pottratz. Also present was Kynda Browning, Secretary; and Cindy Carlson, EMS Director.
II. APPROVAL OF PREVIOUS MEETING MINUTES: The minutes from the, December 10, 2015, commissioner meeting were presented. Ron Tee made a motion to approve the December 10, 2015, commissioner meeting minutes presented. Tom Pottratz seconded the motion; all commissioners voted yes.
III. PRESENTATION OF PETITIONS, APPLICATIONS, APPEALS, COMMUNICATIONS, ETC: There were none.
IV. REPORTS FROM STAFF: Cindy Carlson said they have had quite a few runs.
V. OLD BUSINESS:
A. AIR PACKS: Don Evans said they had someone come down and put a pump seal in brush 12-2 and re-adjusted the shut-off valves on engine 12-2. He got six used aluminum bottles from General Fire. He is checking on some other used bottles.
B. DINNER FOR FIREMEN: The dinner will be held on February 16, 2016 at Zythum Brewery.
VI. NEW BUSINESS:
Reviewed the audit for 2013 and 2014.
A. MARCH MEETING DATE: The meeting will be held on March 17, 2016.
VII. PRESENTATION OF VOUCHERS, WARRANTS, FINANCIAL STATEMENTS AND REPORTS: Payroll voucher numbers 21823 through 21825 totaling $515.18 and voucher numbers 21826 through 21833 totaling $1,479.06 were presented for 2015 and voucher numbers 21834 through 21837 totaling $3,033.04 for 2016 to the Commissioners for approval. Ron Tee made a motion to approve the bills as presented. Tom Pottratz seconded the motion; all commissioners voted yes.
VIII. ADJOURNMENT: Ron Tee made a motion to adjourn the meeting at 7:29 p.m. Tom Pottratz seconded the motion; all commissioners voted yes.
