MEETING MINUTES
For May 14, 2015
I. CALL TO ORDER: Chairman Gregg Wernz called the meeting to order at 7:00 a.m.at the Waverly Town Hall. Commissioners present at the meeting were: Wernz and Ron Tee. Also present was Kynda Browning, Secretary.
II. APPROVAL OF PREVIOUS MEETING MINUTES: The minutes from the March 10, 2015, commissioner meeting were presented. Ron Tee made a motion to approve the March 10, 2015, commissioner meeting minutes as presented. Gregg Wernz seconded the motion; all commissioners voted yes.
III. PRESENTATION OF PETITIONS, APPLICATIONS, APPEALS, COMMUNICATIONS, ETC: There were none.
IV. REPORTS FROM STAFF: Don Evans had a written report.
V. OLD BUSINESS: There was none.VI.NEW BUSINESS:
A. REVIEW AND APPROVAL OF 2014 ANNUAL REPORT: The 2014 Annual Report was presented to the commissioners for approval. Ron Tee made a motion to approve the annual report as presented. Gregg Wernz seconded the motion; all commissioners voted yes.
B. CHANGE DATE FOR REGULAR MEETINGS: Ron Tee made a motion to change the regular commissioner meeting to the second Thursday of the month at 7:00 p.m. Gregg Wernz seconded the motion; all commissioners voted yes.
VII. PRESENTATION OF VOUCHERS, WARRANTS, FINANCIAL STATEMENTS AND REPORTS: Payroll voucher numbers 21717 through 21719 totaling $464.52 from April, payroll voucher numbers 21725 and 21726 totaling $456.41 for May and voucher numbers 21720 through 21724 totaling $4,086.52 for April and 21727 through 21733 totaling $4,776.69 for May were presented to the Commissioners for approval. Ron Tee made a motion to approve the vouchers as presented. Gregg Wernz seconded the motion; all commissioners voted yes.
VIII. ADJOURNMENT: Ron Tee made a motion to adjourn the meeting at 7:30 a.m. Gregg Wernz seconded the motion; all commissioners voted yes.
